Frank Cowell, Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science, will give the opening lecture of the XXXVI ASEPELT congress, on July 6 at 9:30. The title of the inaugural lecture will be Tax progression, income distribution and inequality, combining applied economic theory and empirical illustration.
Frank Cowell is a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge and specializes in the area of wealth distribution, inequality, poverty and taxation.
ASEPELT now has a new institutional partner: Ntic Master, a consultant specializing in new technologies and postgraduate university training for professionals in the digital economy.
