  • Art. 8: Members can be individuals or institutions. Institutional members may sign an agreement with the Association that specifies the bases for their possible collaboration with the Association.
  • Art. 9. In the General Assembly, the Executive Board nominates people to be appointed Honorary Members, selecting from people who have made a noteworthy contribution or met the objectives of the Association, or who have demonstrated their merit in the field of Applied Economics.
  • Art. 10. All individual members have the right to speak and to vote in General Assemblies. Institutional members shall confirm to the Association, in each Assembly, the persons to whom they delegate this duty.

IMPORTANT: As a result of the MoUs and Agreements signed with other associations,

  1. ASEPELT members will participate in the conferences of the Western Economic Association International (WEAI), Darwin Hall, California State University, Long Beach, as if they were members of WEAI.

  2. ASEPELT members will be considered as members of Current Economic and Social Topics International Research Association (CESTIRA) and will pay “Colloquium package B" in the events of the Association.
      
  3. ASEPELT members are allowed to participate in the congresses organized by the Spanish Association of University Teachers of Mathematics for Business and Economics (ASEPUMA) paying the same registration fee than the members of ASEPUMA.

  4. The members of ASEPELT are allowed to participate in the congresses organized by the Jean Monnet Network "The European Union, Mediterranean and Africa integration in the Global Age" (AMENET) paying the same registration fee than the members of AMENET.

  5. ASEPELT members will have significant advantages in the activities resulting from the collaboration agreement between the Philippe Cousteau Foundation and ASEPELT.
  • Fee:
    • Regular fee: 65€
    • Reduced fee: 45€ (in the case of working for an institutional member)
    • Super-reduced fee: 30€ (retirees, graduate students and members of associations twinned with ASEPELT)
    • Undergraduate students: 20€
    • Unemployees: 0€ (active unemployed members)
    • Institutional Members: 250€
    • Preferential Institutional Members: 750€.
