The Association aims to "organize, promote and encourage original scientific work in the domain of Applied Economics", with the purpose of contributing positively to its improvement and development, as a meeting place for different methodological traditions in the field of Economic Science, who share a concern for real problems and the search for solutions for them.

ASEPELT has organized the Third International Conference on Teaching Innovation in Economics-ASEPELT, which will be held on June 24, prior to the ASEPELT economics research congress.
With this ASEPELT Conference on Teaching Innovation we wanted to contribute to the development of knowledge in methodology and teaching practice, as well as the achievement of the merits required by ANECA in the accreditations of the different teaching figures.
